Payment & Orders

Order Process

You will receive an order confirmation email showing the products ordered, shipping cost, total prices and taxes. The order will show a status of Pending if you are paying by check or money order. This will be updated to show Processing when funds have been received by our bank and to Shipped when the order has been dispatched by the mail service you chose.
If you paid by PayPal, the order status will show Processing and subsequently Shipped when the order has been dispatched.

You can also retrieve order details by going to My Account. This will also allow you to print an invoice for any of your orders.

Cheques and Money Orders

Cheques must be drawn on a Canadian bank, Cheques and Money Orders must be in Canadian funds made payable to Juicy Bead Ladies. Your order will be shipped when funds have cleared in our bank.

PayPal

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If you choose this method, you will receive a request from PayPal on behalf of Juicy Bead Ladies requesting payment. Your order will be shipped when PayPal notifies us that payment has been received. Note that with PayPal enables you to pay by bank transfer but also by using an accepted credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). You can even pay by these credit cards without a PayPal account.
