Please note that from January 1, 2009, orders greater than $100.00 before taxes and placed for shipment within Canada are eligible for free shipping if you choose that option. These orders will be sent by the most cost effective means available for your order. You can of course still choose a faster service and will be billed the appropriate postal rate.

International
We recommend you choose International airmail for the least expensive service with reasonable delivery times. There are no published delivery standards for Surface Parcel service, there is a service expectation of 4-6 weeks to most international destinations. Please note that we cannot be responsible for customs duties and tariffs levied in your country. Please check with the appropriate authority prior to order completion.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Please follow the instructions below for any and all returns.- Please contact us for a return authorization.
- Repackage your returning order as it was shipped to you and include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship the return back to us within 30 days of it's receipt.
- Include a note specifying whether you wish to return for a store credit or exchange and if an exchange, for which items. (Note that we do not offer refunds).
- Shipping costs for any return are the customers responsibility.
